We’ll immediately send you a home valuation and alert you whenever something happens that will impact your home value. You can also let us know if you’d consider an “off-market” offer from a buyer.

Yes, we created a private real estate portal so you can buy, sell, rent or invest in a local home. We work hard to maintain an active list of local buyers and sellers, including off-market sellers, and are happy to help you close a deal.

Where do you get your local information?

We decided to get to know and understand the local area better than anyone. If you have a question, we’ll find the right answer. We get our information from speaking with local experts and by getting neighbors to share their experiences and insights gained from years of living in town.

Can you help me find a home contractor, like a handyman or plumber?

Yes, we keep a list of recommended home contractors and service providers. Contractors can’t pay to get on the list, they need to be recommended by a local homeowner.

How do I add my business or recommend a business?

We have a business directory for all local businesses. It’s free to add your business to the directory. You can also recommend a business (just not your own) as long as it is local and you have personally contracted that business.
