Most real estate websites focus on buying on selling homes. We want to dig much deeper than that by exploring what it truly means to live in Jamestown.
“Mountain Living”
Jamestown was carved out the mountains by hard rock miners. It’s kept that tough, independent attitude and rebuilt after the Historic 2013 Floods. Unlike Nederland, Jamestown is located in a Canyon and is pinned in by the mountains. The snow and ice sticks in the winter and the river flows in the spring.

Get A Feel For Jamestown
Superior has a strong blend of residential, commercial and retail real estate.
It has a safe, friendly small town feel but you can’t help notice the constant commuter traffic coming in and out of the office parks and Flatirons Mall. It’s location on the Highway 36 corridor makes for easy access to Boulder and Denver.
Superior is grappling with the transition and redevelopment of the old town area and the preservation of its mining history. There’s a fight to keep its character as developers build out more and more retail and multifamily residential projects.
The thing that really stands out is the wide-open spaces and perfect views of Boulder Valley and the Rockies.
